One sunny spring day, sisters Banana Nut Muffin and Plum Muffin came to a realization that their muffins tops were out of control.
After much talking, the sisters decided to combat muffin top syndrome head on. They’ve both had success losing their muffin tops, but every once and a while, they creep back slowly.
The reemerging belly roll is usually linked to a birthday binge, Thanksgiving dinner, the whole month of Christmas, after New Years and all the time from then between swimsuit time…then picnics, family reunions, and of course Halloween candy.
There are are other circumstances that can contribute to a belly roll…like pregnancy, childbirth, an end to a stressful day, which can include our BFF Ben & Jerry’s, a row of Oreos, 2-3 Weight-Watchers desserts, a glass or two of wine, or all of the above.
Since that sunny day, the sisters have become professional experts on muffin tops and what to do about them. Thus, Muffin Tops Unite was born.
If you want to learn how to lose a muffin top, want to learn how to hide that belly roll, or just want to learn to live with it, we welcome you to our community.
