Tummy exercise 1:
Side Crunches–Lay on the floor with your knees to the side & your upper back against the floor put your hands under your head, do as if you would a crunch, coming 1/2 way up, but keep your legs to the side. Repeat.
Tummy exercise #2
Sit Ups–Lay on your back , knees up & put your hands under your head raise your right elbow to your left knee , then your left elbow to your right knee , repeat….this targets your side abs.
Tummy exercise #3
Twists –standing straight up , feet shoulder with apart, put your arms up , elbows out & twist to the left 3x then to the right 3x, repeat. This will target your waist.
Tummy exercise #4
Flat knee raises- This targets your lower abs ( but feels like its targeting everything,lol) Lay on flat on the floor arm at your sides, raise your feet about foot off the ground & hold it….then lower them , but DON’T touch the floor, hover them in the air, then raise them again, repeat.
